Warwick Square

City Restoration were asked by bespoke property consultancy Celador Consulting Ltd to undertake planned cyclical refurbishment works to properties within a picturesque square in central London. This would include all necessary refurbishment and repairs to five buildings within the square, along with decoration works to the exterior to rejuvenate the beautiful facade which had worn with age.

With a need to work at height to assess and carry out works to the roof, scaffolding was erected to both the front and rear of the five properties. This would enable access to all necessary areas and ensure works could be carried out safely and efficiently to maintain high levels of compliance.

As the project was so diverse, covering everything from roof repairs and bespoke window supply to decorating and the asphalting of four terraces, a variety of skilled and experienced experts were called in to manage their own niche areas. This enabled us to work in the most effective way possible, and we were thrilled to complete this central London project within just 20 weeks.
