Cranworth Gardens

The freeholders at Cranworth Gardens approached City Restoration whilst they were carrying out major works on two properties in the same road.

The works here consisted of scaffold access to all elevations to ensure safe working at height. We assessed the roof and carried out remedial roof repairs & lead work and cold applied liquid waterproofing to the flat roof along with replacement guttering.

Further to our joinery survey, it was found that several of the windows were in need of replacement. We were quickly able to measure and manufacture these in our workshop and complete the task within the contract period.

Further to the repairs and replacements City Restoration went on to decorate all previously painted surfaces to the outside of the building followed by decorations to the communal area.

This completed our third project in this particular road with other local projects currently being negotiated.
