This project was the second phase of work to a large block of apartments In North London following a successful restoration of the rear elevation in 2022.
The aerial shots show the sizeable scale of the L shaped block focusing on the front elevation.
The works consisted of masonry repairs, timber repairs and decorations to the front windows and doors.
Further to the scaffold being erected there were several windows found to be in need of replacement. With our in-house joinery workshop City Restoration were able to manufacture and install new windows on time and on budget.
