This grand property with a prestigious address was subject to a major refurbishment by the City Restoration team in August 2023.
Within this project we had the unusual task of removing an enormous plane tree which was causing structural issues to the rear elevation.
The picture below shows just how big the tree was prior to removal.
We also carried out roofing works, liquid waterproofing, rebuilding a section of the rear brick wall, decorations and of course planting a new small tree to the rear.
Our client and residents were delighted with the outcome.
