Prebend Mansions

We were delighted to be awarded the rear elevation of this property in April 2023, not only because we had the pleasure of working on such a beautiful building but because it was our first project with the surveyors Brittain Hadley.

After an extensive tendering and interview process this project was carried out successfully on programme and within budget.

There were a wide range of works including wet trades, metal works to railings and waterproofing to the terraces. This was of course complete with decorations.

The client and directors were so impressed with the outcome that we have just been awarded phase two, which is the front elevation starting in April 2024. We are delighted to be developing a relationship with the team at Brittain Hadley.
