Working closely with the directors of this unique residence in Kensington, City Restoration were tasked with investigating and curing drainage and damp issues along with re-tiling this picturesque courtyard.

Although the works were carried out during challenging weather conditions, this project was a huge success and completed on time, much to the delight of the proactive Directors.
