Sycamore House

Situated in a highly desirable location in Wimbledon, this residential block had experienced persistent failures of the waterproof render system to the rear elevation over several years.

City Restoration was appointed to remove the existing render and install a new high-performance waterproof render system.

As part of the wider refurbishment programme, we also replaced UPVC windows, enhancing both the building’s thermal performance and its overall appearance.

The completed works have significantly improved the long-term resilience, functionality and aesthetic of the building.
