Working in close partnership with the building’s dedicated concierge team, City Restoration was appointed to remove the existing timber decking from the ground floor terraces of this apartment building in Battersea, before applying a Centaur waterproofing system and installing a new Class A fire-rated decking solution in full compliance with current regulations.

Careful planning and meticulous coordination were essential throughout the project, with works undertaken within occupied residences and phased to minimise disruption to residents.
