Internal Refurbishment of Communal Areas

Location: Central London

Project Type: Interior Refurbishment

Date: March 2026

Client: Urang

This historic building in Central London, once owned by the Courage Brewery, was originally home to the brewery and its stables, occupying a prime location beside Tower Bridge.

City Restoration was proud to be awarded the major refurbishment of the building’s internal communal areas.

The project included bathroom upgrades, kitchen replacements, and a complete transformation of the reception area. Extensive electrical and lighting improvements were also carried out, alongside high-quality tiling throughout.

Working closely with the residents and concierge team, we delivered the project with minimal disruption, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

The refurbishment was a great success and was exceptionally well received by both the residents and the building’s directors.
