Holland Park

City Restoration were tasked with undertaking cyclical repairs and external decoration for a stunning and historic Holland Park property managed by the HML Group. Maintenance and repairs were long overdue and the group were keen to address minor issues before they became larger problems.

Scaffolding was erected to enable our team to fully survey the building and understand more about what needed to be done. This revealed that extensive repairs were required at roof level.

Cold applied liquid waterproofing works were carried out, along with an extensive amount of roofing work and leadwork. We also provided custom carpentry, essential brickwork repairs and high-level metalworks, before turning our attention to decoration to improve the visual appeal of the property.

The rear elevations had limited access which made scaffolding these areas very difficult. However, we successfully completed all works within 16 weeks.
