City Restoration were delighted to be selected as a preferred contractor for this boutique hotel chain.

With three top class hotels across the capital there has been no shortage of works to maintain the beauty of these buildings. We were awarded the external refurbishment to all elevations at St Peters Lane in July 2024.

Working closely with the hotel’s management team to achieve the high standards set by the hotel was paramount to all parties involved with this project.

A wide range of trades were required to carry out the necessary works to this unique London Hotel including lead work, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, brickwork and painting.

Our working relationship with the hotel group is growing with new projects for us to work on coming imminently. Watch this space!
