We were the main contactors on this project, carried out for a surveying practice/ managing agent.

This property housed 3 flats and the works consisted of scaffold erection and a complete external refurbishment. Our works included roof repairs, gutter replacement, render replacement, fascia replacement, renewal of the bay window and decorating.

These works were managed by an onsite working foreman who liaised closely with the residents to ensure disruption was kept to minimum.
